It was OK good learning exp. Lots of micromanaging. Daily standup calls in the morning and at the end of the day. Incompetent leadership who has never even worked b2b before.

The base is almost insulting. They change comp structure anytime they notice employees gaining traction to potentially earn decent, then when you voice opinion about it they hide behind “that’s why you get paid a base” and call it “customer experience”.

They cater so much to the "inclusive community" that they completely disregard the belief of others if they don't align with those "pro"-everything. It should be neutral.

My overall experience was that there’s a good earning potential and overall good customer experience from what you are selling. It does vary widely from market to market based on network coverage and market leadership.
