Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My overall experience in the SDR role with T-Mobile was not the best. The comp plan was under market with very little bonuses. At risk would fall from 1500-1800 with opportunity to over exceed. Once an appointment was booked the account executive would need to run the meeting and decide if it could be converted to a workable opportunity. You are constantly chasing down account executives to run meetings and update records on the CRM to make sure you are getting paid. Browse Other Reviews
