My experience at T-Mobile was great. Leadership and the sales culture was amazing. Everyone wants to see you succeed. I met a lot of great people and life long connections.

The quotas are high but not firm. Org has a bunch of high and low performers not a lot in the middle

Lots of micromanagement. Quality inbound leads don't exist from the SDR team. Sales training and social media selling is useless. Customer Implimentation process is a nightmare resulting in chargebacks.
