I am still working for T-Mobile, overall I will say there is limited sales training. The training period last for only 3 weeks and after the training period ends some employees do offer coaching.

Honestly it was fun and a very good experience for overall growth in sales, just not much career growth potential. Felt like it would be a long climb within T-Mobile from Sales Manager position, though very very successful in the role.
