SDR team was relatively new when I worked there. 1 week of training, but then individual SDR teams had different SOPs based on the team manager. Was largely up to individual SDR to set strategy.

My overall experience in the SDR role with T-Mobile was not the best. The comp plan was under market with very little bonuses. At risk would fall from 1500-1800 with opportunity to over exceed.
