High turnover on sales reps and sales leadership. Also bad stories of company not paying out owed commission to reps then letting them go. the only positive I would give is the product is very solid within the public sector.

They pulled numbers from thin air and expected those numbers to be hit to earn commission. There is no movement inwards within the company.
