Shortly after I was hired, I would find out that most things I was told during the interview process were actually lies. Those things include quota attainability, ability to work remotely, and lead generation. I was hired under the old regime, but my time spent with the new regime wasn't much better.

Current Employee2.7Mar 12, 2024There is no base line or requirement demand of new hires. Information is siloed and not freely passed. The over all products that are sold are amazing but not many have a good grasp of what the products or services can do.
