I did not have a very good experience when I was at TCP Software. Shortly after I was hired, I would find out that most things I was told during the interview process were actually lies. Those things include quota attainability, ability to work remotely, and lead generation. I was hired under the old regime, but my time spent with the new regime wasn't much better.

I was let go within a year of getting hired. Leadership was not truthful about the inbound to outbound lead ratio and not a single mid-market rep achieved quota. The quota was very unrealistic, which was changed at the end of the year, and everyone was assigned to territories which resulted in reps giving up existing pipeline. The overal experience was poor. From the top down there was no structure, no training, no accountability. They pulled numbers from thin air and expected those numbers to be hit to earn commission.
