The overal experience was poor. From the top down there was no structure, no training, no accountability. They pulled numbers from thin air and expected those numbers to be hit to earn commission. There is no movement inwards within the company. They hire management from the outside who have zero industry experience and no notice at all. Best to avoid if at all possible rep turn over is less than 1 year.

They operate like a glorified call center with a boys’ club atmosphere. They overpromise during the hiring process to get people in the door, but the reality falls short. Opportunities for growth and support are lacking, making it a frustrating place to work.
