Former Employee Sales team is a start up. But the process changes every couple of weeks. Large TAM in sled but product does not fit commercial market. Minimum of 30 calls a day or you are on a list sent to your direct leadership. A lot of leadership turnover. At most, 5% of the sales organizations hit quota. Bad off boarding process.
