Solid experience, few are hitting quota and leadership is constantly in transition. Some of the bag is jump ball and not structured well to serve the overall clientele best. Net new wins are very inconsistent with saturated market and territories that are assembled with low amount of actual data.

Processes were all over the place, so it was hard to get things done. Great people, many resources, but need to provide better tools to sales people.
