SAP is like any other MNC with a rigorous sales review and cadence. However I do feel there are limited options to grow in the organisation specially if you are in middle management.

My overall experience at Successfactors was very average. They don’t know how to differentiate themselves against Workday which is taking market share away. Leadership is all about themselves and not the customer. They promote from within to management positions that are not qualified to be in leadership.
