SAP is like any other MNC with a rigorous sales review and cadence. However I do feel there are limited options to grow in the organisation specially if you are in middle management.

Good company, lots of potential upside with the right accounts. Comp rules changing to make it harder to blow quota out of water.

My overall experience was that SAP's sales tech stack systems are outdated, clunky and manual. SAP knows how to upsell current customers, especially in top industries. However they do not know how to sell new business. Also, there is very little diversity. Most of the employees in North America sales are white men ages 45-60 years old.
