My overall experience was that SAP's sales tech stack systems are outdated, clunky and manual. SAP knows how to upsell current customers, especially in top industries. However they do not know how to sell new business. Also, there is very little diversity. Most of the employees in North America sales are white men ages 45-60 years old. Lots of talk about Football and Golf.

Processes were all over the place, so it was hard to get things done. Great people, many resources, but need to provide better tools to sales people.

Complex setup makes aligning KPIs difficult. Product is strong. Internal Processes are too complex and make things going slower than needed
