If we do get the business, get ready to be on the front lines of the client complaining about fails and having nothing to bring them to solve the problem because SAP has a COMPLETE lack of client centricity - which makes renewal discussions so fun especially in light of the fact sales reps don’t get comped on renewals unless there is upsell over any churn. And speaking of comp - the comp plan might as well be in Latin with a gazillion exceptions. Be ready to get completely screwed out of commissions because you missed the fine, fine print of multiple layers of qualifications. The culture is cut throat and incredibly misogynistic.
