Is quota attainable for SMB account executives? What does it look like and what is the base pay for Chicago, IL?

Can anyone share more about the "Renewal Specialist" role at Stripe? It seems to be a newer division as the tenure of most are below a year. The job listing also has a large range for OTE - can anyone provide guidance here?

For existing business roles - is there a limited upside due to tough quotas and poor accelerators? OTE seems great, but curious if that's just a vanity metric and most people aren't sniffing that number.

I'm interested in applying to AE Digital Natives, Product Sales (Radar) or RFA (billing, strategic and ENT). Two questions: (1) Which position would best fit someone with a cloud computing background and (2) is OTE really $300k - $400k for these roles??

Someone here asked this question in late 2023 and whoever answered thought commission structure would change in 2024. Has anything changed from the usage-based incentive and SPIF payouts?
