I'm interested in applying to AE Digital Natives, Product Sales (Radar) or RFA (billing, strategic and ENT). Two questions: (1) Which position would best fit someone with a cloud computing background and (2) is OTE really $300k - $400k for these roles??

More QuestionsOTE and attainment scores look good but top performer potential doesn’t seem as high as others. Is this accurate? Is there something in the comp plan that limits the ceiling?Someone here asked this question in late 2023 and whoever answered thought commission structure would change in 2024. Has anything changed from the usage-based incentive and SPIF payouts?
