Big fish in a small pond. Market is not large enough to support a large Salesforce. The right accounts are absolutely critical.

Overall Sprinklr is a good opportunity with good products and significant upside. Some challenges going from a statup to a bigger company, but many of the new management hires seem to have the right experience.
