A lot of ELT turnover and a recent RIF. Understandable given the market and a few other factors. That said, I have been at startups all the way through mature tech companies, one of the messiest, most confusing reorgs I have been a part of. Still, solid product, market opportunity, and am hopeful we will come out of this chaos stronger!

Company is not aligned on a strategy. Leadership is hanging in the ropes. Pressure is high and gets more and more toxic due to missing stock growth.

Big fish in a small pond. Market is not large enough to support a large Salesforce. The right accounts are absolutely critical.
