Great product set, strong market position especially with managed services, competitive pricing in NYC market and high earning potential for above average performance. Dowsides are poor management (excessive meeting, too many admin tasks distract from prospecting), sluggish and cumbersome sales process, complicated by constant micromanagement, and 5 days in office required in NYC.

I have worked under the Spectrum umbrella for years but the last few being in the Enterprise Role. Its been challenging to say the least. Reps, management and directors leaving to other companies for lack of pay, training and assistance. The teammates are great. Team comradery is good due to the fact we are all on the same boat.
