The worst company I’ve ever worked for. The folks managing the sales territories are judge, jury, and executioner. New executive leadership were brought in and extreme micromanagement has ensued. They are hemorrhaging top reps.

I don’t have much time now, but I’ll say that Spectrum Enterprise had great potential. I gave it my all, but ultimately could not overcome the toxic culture, complete lack of leadership, and inadequate support. This company understands how to compensate sales people. The job is tough with all the processes and project management, and if you have a good sales manager who takes that off your plate you will do well. Stay away from the negative talkers.
