Good people, broken org. Lots of promises are made but rarely kept. Over 2 years of quota met but never a raise, bonus bump, or promotion. Everyone is unmotivated and not sure who’s getting laid off or quitting next. BDR manager teaches strats from the early 2000s. AEs don’t communicate with SDRs and think they are peons.
