Former Employee Good people, broken org. Lots of promises are made but rarely kept. Over 2 years of quota met but never a raise, bonus bump, or promotion. Everyone is unmotivated and not sure who’s getting laid off or quitting next. BDR manager teaches strats from the early 2000s. AEs don’t communicate with SDRs and think they are peons. SDRs often don’t know how a deal is progressing unless they ask a few times and rarely do they close. Tools and metrics are outdated. Leadership is out of touch.
