Back to ReviewsFormer Employee I would not recommend working for Red River. The Federal sales segment is disorganized and unethical. This is a company that is looking for people to bring their book of business. If you have a book, you can get paid. Beware, you will sign a compensation plan and then get a phone call that your commission is now 20% less because they need to share with the other team members that contributed to the deal making. Imagine being notified that 50, 100, 150K is being diverted to another person on a deal that you brought into the company from your personal network. Key to note that this 20% was not outlined in the compensation plan. You will not get much in the way of formal training so this is not a good place to start your federal sales career. Leadership must answer to investment bankers, they do not have time to give people to build a funnel. It best fits for those with a book that can be sold into on day 1. If you are looking to build a career, this is not the place.
