There are some very good people here but the lack of professional development is scary. You are essentially on your own other than what your manager provides you. Very poor benefit options from lack of PTO, no sick time, to no maternity/paternity leave they are in the stone-age from a benefits perspective. 4,000 person company with a GTM team under 100 so almost runs as a startup within a larger company which is good since not a lot of layers to get things done like in most orgs of this size.
