Current Employee Medium experience you are selling primarily to consumers who either left spectrum within a year or more and future proof services such as fiber to appeal their interest toward coming back. Fiber enhanced needs to be implemented efficiently to gauge consumer interest especially in neglected rural areas and urban areas need stronger engagement through relatedness to get service connectivity. It’s 3 times harder to do your jobs, since technicians don’t show out on time or never show up and you have to pick up their slack. Mobile standalone go along a long way for this company.
