My overall experience was great. Spectrum has always preferred to promote from within and takes their time to develop their talent from the entry level positions and give them the opportunity to move their way up. I started as a door greeter and within 4 years I was in a leadership role.

the incentive structure is quite attractive, though it does seem on the challenging side to reach, only becuase Spectrum has left a bad taste in customers mouths in the past. Competitiors do have a leg up as far as pricing goes, as some competitors do not change their prices ever, when Spectrum changes prices as time progresses. Leadership was good, depends on your store. Pay was good enough to survive living in HCOL area as an entry level role. Not enough sales training. Great work culture
