Current Employee3.7Oct 18, 2024SMB channel specifically, comp is fair, policies really favor the employee in terms of performance management/comp/etc. More work on sales than normal but they're working to address it, lots of automation coming online finally. Comp is a little anemic, but budget excellent. A good place to hang your hat, and sometimes a really good long-term fit for some.
