Sovos is going through a lot of changes. some are good, but the management that was brought in doesn't have the positive culture feel and togetherness as the last group of leadership.

Overall job is okay. However there is a staggering lack of sales support and training. They are not investing in customer success either which then falls on reps. Little to no top down communication. Unclear what our actual long term goals are at a divisional level.

Company survey on employee satisfaction was terrible and end result was laying off and outsourcing rather than focus on employee satisfaction.
