I experienced a lot of success and growth at Sovos. Unfortunately over the past few years the company has hit a bit of a wall and no longer has the same culture it once did. When some key leaders left they have really struggled to fill the void and seem lost. Grateful for my time there but where the company is today it isn't the first place I would recommend.

Do not recommend. New leadership is preparing to sell. Layoffs each quarter. There is little to no regard to the customer. They push out talent with institutional knowledge. Want yes people. Do not care about employees. Lead with fear and nepotism. Maybe will be better in a few years.
