Unsettled, unorganized, no training, good commission structure, lousy culture. Sovos is still in the process of inventing themselves after so many acquisitions. Management is woefully inadequate in developing winning teams in a winning culture. Sales engineers are the best I’ve ever worked with. Leadership is awful.

Company survey on employee satisfaction was terrible and end result was laying off and outsourcing rather than focus on employee satisfaction.

Great introduction to SaaS sales, barely any opportunity growth within. Quota continues to sky rocket when a majority are not hitting. No support within.
