Good first place to start out sales career but upwards mobility after EAE role is limited. Some managers play favorites and many don’t hit quota. Business relies on regulatory changes in order for success. New CEO has approach to take organization in different direction selling platform vs product. Not confident that the solution set is best fit as a platform and can see reps struggling. They just laid off about 15% of sales org.

Company is tanking. Layoffs like crazy. One line of business had 1 person make quota.

Do not recommend. New leadership is preparing to sell. Layoffs each quarter. There is little to no regard to the customer. They push out talent with institutional knowledge. Want yes people. Do not care about employees. Lead with fear and nepotism. Maybe will be better in a few years.
