Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My overall experience was average at best. Training was basic. Market competiton is high with no real differentiator. OTE was difficult to hit as a result of both factors.
Team dynamics were good -that the only highlight - even though leadership could have been more supportive.
Overall, I didn't feel like I was set up to succeed especially compared to some of my caucasian counterparts ( I hate to say it but it's true).
