The company has good leadership (at the C-Level) and sales culture. Mid level sales leadership can be improved. Product and market fit can be further developed and marketing can be better developed to help with inbound lead and opportunity flow.

Positive experience overall. Results seem to vary by market. Earnings over quota are substantial but the time to full ramp is long and project implementation timelines delay payouts making early career challenging.
