The company has good leadership (at the C-Level) and sales culture. Mid level sales leadership can be improved. Product and market fit can be further developed and marketing can be better developed to help with inbound lead and opportunity flow.

Good experience, comp plan was not conducive to large earnings because Sales variable $ are compensated on Gross Margin (GM) after install: 1. This can't be forseen / calculated 2. installers have GM target much lower than AM's are told to sell deals at, so there is no incentive for installers to hold line on AM margins.
