Very solid company. Fair to the employees. High potential for over performance. 7 figure earners annually. problems lie in account assignment and back end processes. Mature market but solid positioning to take market share and grow. Cross-sells are the focus but are difficult but not impossible.

Rocket is a good company but their products have long sale cycles and are mainframe base for most of them, not for everyone.
