It's a great product, but somewhere there is a disconnect between sellers and the leadership team. Executives are brilliant but out of touch. Overly ambitious yearly targets are not supported by cohesive plans. Poorly designes incentive structure discourages many reps from overachieving targets. Competitive product feature and price-wise is a good fit for most non-enterprise customers.
