It's very okay here. Comp is not up to market standard, strong reliance on industry reputation, very much a boys club at the top. You've either been here for 5+ years or you're sub-2 years in tenure and there's a major gap between these two groups. Safe place to go, limited upside due to leaderships lack of ability to take act on feedback from the GTM team.
