Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Amazing product to sell and customers have continued to grow/expand their footprint and desire to use Snowflake for more. I can only speak to SMB. But right now a lot of reps are not happy with their pay compared to what other companies are paying for similar roles, and leadership in our market still seems to be figuring out the best way to align overall comp structure to success, leaving reps feeling slightly burned out and pressed in areas that do not align to the overall goal of bringing in business and making money. I hope they figure it out soon because the product flies off the shelf!
