Back to ReviewsFormer Employee I worked at Snowflake, where I was part of the SDR team for a year and a half. There was a noticeable lack of camaraderie, and it felt like a constant competition among peers rather than helping push each other to be better SDRs. If I faced challenges, I had no support from my manager or peers to get back on track. The atmosphere was very much “sink or swim,” and even though I was performing well personally. I didn’t feel motivated to improve because there was no sense of collaboration. The relationship with the broader organization, including Account Management and the Solutions Engineering team, felt distant. In many ways, I felt like just a number or someone who was there until I was no longer useful. They changed the window to promote to Account Executive halfway through my tenure there which made the switch noticeably harder and less motivating to move up. That lack of connection and support made for a negative team experience. In some cases, a co-worker who was fire for poor performance made me feel like “oh well Atleast it wasn’t me”. I had a challenge preparing myself for AE. Browse Other Reviews
