Pretty good. Very patch dependant - you can get lucky or unlucky like in any sales role, but the team, culture, comp and general atmosphere is great. If you're looking to join, I would suggest speaking to current employees, as everyone is very open and willing to chat

Horrible leadership within the Corporate (mid-market) org in the sales dept at Snowflake. Definition of demeaning and non-inclusive, as well as a revolving door.
