Good at the start. Gets hard and boring over time. Salary increments are minimal and travel is now non existent.

It’s industry agnostic much like excel or google sheets. The avg deal size and cycle time will get you laughed out of any serious sales organization during their interview process. Easy to enter, but impossible to rise….or leave.

Going downhill due to a very out-of-touch leadership team. So many teams are burned out so it can be like pulling teeth to get anything accomplished, plus there’s also a ridiculous amount of red tape.
