What used to be a great work environment and culture has turned into a large gap between sales and leadership. Current Employee3.6Sep 7, 2023I like working at Smartsheet because the product is a good fit, but leadership is very inconsistent and seems to be out of touch from a Director level and up. Good role for taking time off. I appreciate the RSUs and ESPP. Really wish there was a better strategy coming from upper leadership, because a lot of what we're doing right now is churn and burn for accounts...Read More
