Your experience is highly dependent on your org, manager, and territory. The product is mostly a nice to have. The culture has declined over the past few years.

Product is leader in space which is fantastic but professional development is very poor. Org has been relying on inbound for the past 3-5 years and recently realized that this will no longer work but haven't made any changes to outbound approaches/push.

This is a slightly above average company to work at. They have a great product, their pay structure and management is so so, and their is a lack of diversity for the size of the company
