Product changes, leadership changes, etc. Historically Smartsheet had been an inbound sales product but due to over hiring that is next to non existent for new business making it difficult to attain quota without a lot of luck

Former Employee4.1Jul 1, 2023Product is amazing but it’s very difficult to sell because there are literally about 1000 different use cases and many people in the emerging/SMB markets don’t even know what they need. Leadership is solid and they focus on transparency. I was at Smartsheet during a difficult time.
