Product is leader in space which is fantastic but professional development is very poor. Org has been relying on inbound for the past 3-5 years and recently realized that this will no longer work but haven't made any changes to outbound approaches/push.

I think the recent acquisition by PE is a great unknown but the overall experience at Smartsheet has seen a diminishing horizon of professional growth while, at the same time, leadership has been less inspired and creative and just more arbitrary and fear-based. Lot's of opportunity to well here. The onboarding is not great, however once you learn your book of business and the sales motion you can be very successful here.
