Current Employee2.4Aug 30, 2024Smartsheet feels like a sinking ship. Reckless decisions are being made at the top without any warning and top sales leadership is being fired. We’ve lost 6 executives in a year and a half. Micromanaging is becoming the standard practice.

Pair that with Senior leadership changes and a total loss of the old company culture and this place has become disappointing very quickly. Product is still strong, but the looming pricing model change will make for some very challenging months ahead.
