Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee The company raised quotas in order to not pay people commissions. OTE might as well be imaginary along with the unrealistic quota. Only 10 reps hit their quota each month out of 60. Constantly firing people. Took away 401k match and yearly bonus to save money. Raised quotas to save money. If a client quits within 3 months they will claw back that commission out your paycheck. If you sell to a certain type of client the company takes part of your commission. Founder has found every way to nickel and dime their sales reps. Good benefits, PTO is small, paternity leave is good. Browse Other Reviews
