Current Employee2.6Jan 12, 2024The company raised quotas in order to not pay people commissions. OTE might as well be imaginary along with the unrealistic quota. Only 10 reps hit their quota each month out of 60. Constantly firing people. Took away 401k match and yearly bonus to save money. Raised quotas to save money.
