Only 10 reps hit their quota each month out of 60. Constantly firing people. Took away 401k match and yearly bonus to save money. Raised quotas to save money. I was skeptical on accepting their offer but on my final call with a head manager he told me that almost every rep is hitting quota and bringing in about $130k each year and the comp structure was getting more lucrative soon.
