I was skeptical on accepting their offer but on my final call with a head manager he told me that almost every rep is hitting quota and bringing in about $130k each year and the comp structure was getting more lucrative soon. The comp structure did upgrade but the also made it so that about 7-10 reps are the only people receiving inbound lead flow. The culture was already bad due to people consistently trying to steal each others deals in anyway possible but this shift created a real bitterness amongst reps. The worst part is that year over year they retain around 20% of reps, it is a constant revolving door and there is always a new group being hired because on the first of the month 3-4 people are fired. My manager has been borderline mentally abusive to myself and other members of the team. My "grade" of 2.6 is way too nice, do not under any circumstances consider working for this company.
